Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Safety Equipment Company for the role of Sales Manager for Fixed Gas Detection. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with a strong experience in Sales, prior experience in handling Fixed Gas Detection and related products with the market segment to Industrial as well

Job Descriptions:

  • Spear heading and/or devised relevant business plans in the various focus and important markets:
    • Networking and Relationship management (CRM)
    • Strategic direction of assigned market/PMA or SCP
    • Monitors accounts/market changes/including competition moves etc
  • Established assigned business plans
  • Account Management and Development
    • Coordinate problem solving issues for the customer
    • Coordination of customer needs
  • Technical & Sales Competencies
  • Market Communication


Job Requirements :

  • 5 years of working in engineering equipment/Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical/ Power energy market
  • Experienced in handling fixed gas detection for at least 2 years
  • Experienced in fixed gas detection and/or fire detection is preferred or experienced in system integration (PLC/SCADA/Instrumentation).
  • Experienced in managing and developing sales channel partner with track record is preferred.
