Monroe Consulting Indonesia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to join our esteemed HRIS client. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record in acquiring new enterprise clients and a strong background in HRIS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aimed at acquiring new enterprise clients (client company with > 700 employees).
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through research, networking, and proactive outreach efforts.
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our HRIS solutions, with a focus on payroll products.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting of sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Job Requirements:
- > 5+ years of experience in hunter sales or new client acquisition, with a strong focus on enterprise clients (> 700+ employees).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HRIS (Human Resource Information System) company, with a solid understanding of HR technology.
- Experience with payroll products will be considered a significant advantage.
- Willing to work as an Individual Contributor role.
