Sales Specialist for Endoscopy (Mindanao)

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting PH is recruiting a Sales Specialist on behalf of a multinational medical devices company. The role will be responsible for the promotion, presentation, and sales for the endoscopy portfolio of the company for the territory of Mindanao, with an in-base in Davao City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain a positive business and customer relationship
  • Dealers' management and provide sales and application training to channel partners
  • Product demo and actual case assists
  • Implement marketing program and develop a KOL for endoscopy system
  • Achieve sales target as set by the company
  • Coordinate and work with HCAP endoscopy department under the supervision of Sales Team Lead
  • Account mapping and saturation of the assigned territory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably allied medical course, electronics/electrical engineering, biomedical science, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of related experience in Sales of MIS product or endoscopy. Advanced technological and/or clinical experience with medical devices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strategic, aggressive and confident in complex selling
  • Willing to travel and do field-work within Mindanao territory
