Executive recruitment search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading brand of cosmetics, personal and home care products. They are seeking a Senior PR Associate who will be responsible for developing and execution of communications plans, activities, and materials, collaborating with key stakeholders and supporting the PR manager in crafting PR strategies. The role will be reporting onsite Mon to Fri in Quezon City, Philippines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the PR manager in the development and execution of PR plans, including the preparation of press materials, presentations, briefs, documents, and results monitoring and reporting.
- Provide strategic public relations support for brand activities and messaging, including:
- High-impact stories
- PR stunts
- Influencer partnerships
- Community and UGC partnerships
- Ongoing news bureau activities
- Reactive media management
- Media and Influencer Events
- Press kits
- Ensure a timely press release schedule and prepare all necessary materials.
- Manage daily influencer, journalist, and press requests.
- Develop content for relevant channels.
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and UGC contributors.
- Assist in media planning.
- Draft statements and monitor sentiments for crisis management.
- Oversee the end-to-end development, monitoring, and reporting of budgets for events and press kits.
Key job qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years PR agency experience
- Hands-on experience in leading consumer PR campaigns.
- Ability to write briefs and develop PR campaigns.
- Skilled in research, writing, and proofreading.
- Proven success in implementing PR activities, including events, press releases, and influencer/community/UGC campaigns.
- A strong desire to learn about emerging trends and technologies in earned media.
- PR agency experience in client service for sustainable high performance is a plus.
