Monroe Consulting Group is set to defend its title as ‘Best Small Recruitment Business’ in the Asia Pacific for a third straight year after collecting a total of three nominations for the upcoming international Global Recruiter Industry Awards 2015.
Monroe, named Best Small Recruitment Business in 2014 and 2013, also received a nomination for ‘Best Overseas Operation,’ a title it held in 2013, and was also named a finalist in ‘Best In-House Training’ for the first time.
Monroe Group Managing Director Andrew Hairs said he was delighted the successful recruitment company was in the running for a “three-peat” of awards.
“Obviously to be again named as finalists in the Best Small Recruitment Business and Best Small Recruitment Business is huge for us, but I am absolutely ecstatic that the efforts that we put into training and developing our recruitment consultants have been recognised as well,” Hairs said. “Our consultants are all local hires in the emerging markets in which we operate and are among the best recruiters anywhere in the world.”
Global Recruiter Magazine said the individuals and shortlisted companies such as Monroe Consulting Group have proven themselves to be the best of the best having emerged from this year’s record breaking number of entries, delivering an impressive standard of recruitment work.
“Identifying the stand-out businesses has been no easy task and thanks to the award’s unique approach, using judges from within the industry itself, these companies can be assured that they have achieved this much success through the strength of their ideas and work alone,” a statement read.
The final awards ceremony will come at the end of this year’s Global Recruiter Asia Pacific Summit titled Innovation in Talent Acquisition. Held at Suntec Singapore Convention Centre 30 September - 1 October, the Summit is the largest and most well established recruitment event of its kind, providing a focus for some of the most talented, brightest and cutting edge people in recruitment from across the region and beyond.
