IMS Group and Monroe Consulting Group Philippines hosted a year-end winter wonderland event on December the 10th to celebrate a successful partnership between the two Empresaria brands. In 2021 Monroe and IMS Group collaborated to create IMS People Possible in the Philippines. This end of year event was to bring the employees from both brands together to celebrate their achievements, and as per Empresaria’s statement, demonstrate that we are STRONGER TOGETHER.
Starting a business is always challenging, it requires fast learning, flexibility, adaptability and extra effort. The IMS pilot was a great venture but a challenging one. We started operating in the middle of a pandemic, with no chance to meet in person and had everyone working remotely. It is also a multicultural environment, which includes working with recruiters from the Philippines, clients from the US, colleagues from India, and managers from different nationalities. Thanks to the hard work of our Filipino employees and the collaboration between IMS Group and Monroe Consulting Group the company was successfully established in the Philippines. The core team has been built, which includes a recent hire, Martina Bugarin, who has the responsibility to lead the business operation in the Philippines. Martina and the team will expand the business throughout 2022 and take IMS to greater heights.
In addition, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines had a remarkable year in 2021. The company started the year with difficult market conditions and despite the obstacles, the team remained optimistic and eventually the company managed to exceed the expected target for 2021. Monroe Philippines’ Managing Director, Monica Viladot commented “The company had to adjust and adapt to an unstable market. Despite the uncertainties in the market, it was a great chance for us to strategise and diversify our services, improve performance and efficiencies, rethink our processes, and as a result we had fantastic results. This has been the strongest year so far and we have ambitious plans for 2022 to continue our growth”
The event was hosted both online and in person at the Seda Hotel, BCG Philippines with the theme of “Winter Wonderland”. The employees enjoyed a night full of food, drinks, raffles, team bonding games and a chance to interact with their colleagues both on site and virtually. The night ended with a few closing remarks:
