Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of well trusted building, architectural, engineering designs is currently looking for 12D Modeler who must have experience in abroad. The job is based in Makati City, Philippines.
Job Summary:
The 12D Modeler will in-charge in performance of 12D CAD related works as assigned by the Project Modeler Team Leader ensuring delivery on time and adhering to the quality standards required to meet the needs of the Client.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Execution of the drawing/model updates using client provided RLMU's Raise RFI's as required Compliance with applicable codes and standards as provided by client Use technical procedures, guidelines, work instructions and memoranda as published by the ASDCAD Manager
- Follow our ISO 9001 procedures as published Understand and adhere to project and client requirements
- The ability to carry out spatial coordination and to provide the design engineers with possible solutions
- Attend to meetings external to the company as needed
- To coordinate technical issues and concerns on drawing production within the Production team
- Continuously seeking improvement in 12D CAD skills and gaining efficiency in model and drawing production Sharing gained knowledge of 12D CAD skills with the CAD Production team
- To perform other duties as may be assigned by the Project Team Leader and ASDCAD Manager
- Working with Client to prepare and update current drawings into As-Constructed/As-builts versions using Client provided RLMU's
- Continually work to improve personal knowledge of the software and share this knowledge with colleagues to improve the performance of the CAD Production team
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- With minimum 3 year's progressive work experience in CAD Operations
- With working knowledge in CADD using the latest versions of 12D, Autodesk Revit and Bentley Micro-station Software
- With the ability to understand 3-dimensional Engineering and to perform spatial coordination works
- Must have knowledge in 3D viewing software such as Autodesk Navisworks and/or Navigator
- CADD Software trained instructor or operator would be a distinct advantage
- Must have worked within the Engineering consulting and construction industry
- Must be proficient in English and Filipino communication
