Admin Executive

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Professional Division is partnered with a rapidly expanding property or technology platform Company. Due to their rapid growth and expansion, they are currently seeking an exceptional Admin Executive to able to join their force.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Holds at least an SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any discipline from a recognized higher learning institution
  • Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in sales administration; fresh graduates with relevant industrial training will also be considered

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all sales forms, agent claims, and related documents are completed and ready for processing
  • Coordinate with relevant parties (e.g., credit control, customer service team) regarding agent claims processing
  • Provide back-end administrative support and always ensure the security and safety of all customer information
  • Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor
  • Prepare daily submission reports
  • Process system daily sales submissions
