Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading online advertising and technology company that helps advertisers achieve their performance and branding goals across digital media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management & Optimization
o Oversee end-to-end mobile ad campaign execution, including setup, monitoring, and optimization across various platforms.
o Continuously analyze campaign performance to identify trends and implement strategies for better results.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless ad placements and adherence to brand guidelines.
2. Sales Support & Collaboration
o Partner with the sales team to optimize processes, ensure smooth client onboarding, and streamline workflows for efficiency.
o Act as a key liaison between sales, creative, and tech teams to execute campaigns effectively and address client needs.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
o Collect, interpret, and present campaign data to identify actionable insights.
o Create automated dashboards and performance reports to provide transparency on campaign success and areas for improvement.
4. Platform & Technology Expertise
o Manage and troubleshoot ad servers, tracking systems, and other advertising tools.
o Stay updated on mobile advertising technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
5. CRM Management
o Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and campaign data.
o Customize the CRM to enhance usability for the sales and account management teams.
6. Training & Development
o Train internal teams on new tools, workflows, and campaign strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
o Develop and document standard operating procedures for campaign management and ad operations.

Key Requirements:
1. Educational Background
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing or advertising are a plus.
2. Experience
o 3+ years of experience in mobile advertising, AdOps, or campaign management roles.
o Proven expertise in managing advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or programmatic tools.
3. Technical Skills
o Proficiency in ad server tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
o Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive campaign performance improvements.
4. Soft Skills
o Excellent project management and organizational skills.
o Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across diverse teams.
o Adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
