As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in marketing for the job of Assistant Manager Strategic Marketing (Chemical). The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the VP Marketing
- Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones
- Managing and coordinating marketing staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
- Provide marketing support and technical advice to the sales and marketing team on a wide range of pump products
- Working with executives to determine budgets and targets,
- Charged with developing pricing strategies for products and service
- Count on marketing strategy for profitability and results
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- At least ten years' experience in marketing and managing the team in a multinational company
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in mining, industrial, project-based, etc
- Effective relationship management and communication skills
- Able to give and receive feedback, effective communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills
