Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for a Brand Manager role on behalf of a renowned food FMCG company. This role is responsible for brand building and generating demand through effective, strategic marketing planning and product development. Working setup is onsite in Pasig City.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Execution

  • Uses research and cross-functional input to develop marketing plans and brand strategy, handling all aspects (Advertising, PR, media)
  • Translates brand strategy into actionable marketing plans
  • Directs agencies and teams to execute brand strategy
  • Manages the brand's P&L and recommends budget allocations to achieve profitability
  • Tracks market execution, provides visibility, and recommends actions to achieve results

Marketing Innovation

  • Identifies and supports innovative marketing ideas and tactics
  • Applies innovative ideas to long-term planning
  • Leads the innovation process, working with Global Marketing and local teams.

Market, Customer & Competitor Insights

  • Manages consumer target development and consumer insights
  • Regularly surveys the field for opportunities and threats.

Strategic & Operational Business/Market Planning:

  • Leads in creating the business plan.

Data Analysis, Interpretation, and Communication

  • Anticipates and provides necessary analyses
  • Synthesizes data from various sources to provide holistic analysis and recommendations

Performance and Program Metrics

  • Accountable for business results including sales, shares, and profit
  • Designs brand standards and collaborates on specific metrics for marketing plans and new programs
  • Evaluates complex data from multiple sources (factory, supply, consumption, financial/spending)
  • Uses analytics to assess the performance of programs and marketing activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, management or any business - related course
  • At least 4 years of working experience in Marketing is required
  • Experience from FMCG industry is highly preferred
  • Amenable to work onsite in Pasig City
