Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Building Material Manufacturing Company for the role of Business Development Manager for SEA . The job description will be as follow :

Job Description :

  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders such as developers, hotel operators, interior designers, and architects to foster business opportunities.
  • Present and tailor our solutions to developers, hotel operators, interior designers, architects, and consultants.
  • Follow up on projects involving various stakeholders, including contractors.
  • Participate in relevant events to enhance specification and sales levels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams on projects and provide regular updates.
  • Report all project activities to management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing distribution partners and expand the network.
  • Work closely with distributors to boost sales through training, insights, and project follow-ups.
  • Prospect and manage relationships with joineries, metal workers, architectural hardware distributors, and manufacturers to promote our solutions and drive revenue.
  • Work with management to define and organize events aimed at revenue growth in the flow business segment.

Job Requirements:

  • Self-driven and autonomous in business development.
  • Demonstrated success in specification for commercial and residential projects.
  • Proven experience in project follow-up, particularly in Indonesia.
  • Dynamic salesperson with a keen interest in business growth and team development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the architectural hardware industry or related technical products in the building industry is advantageous.
