Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational medical device company specializing in Interventional Cardiology. As the company continues to expand, our client is seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager with a strong background in marketing and sales within the medical device industry. The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and market penetration in Interventional Cardiology.
- Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and medical professionals to strengthen partnerships and enhance product adoption.
- Lead product marketing efforts, including new product launches, promotional campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop data-driven marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with global marketing strategies.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and distributors to maximize product positioning and market success.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales revenue performance, preparing regular reports and insights for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing within the medical device industry, preferably in Interventional Cardiology.
- Proven experience working with distributors, KOLs, and hospital networks to drive business growth.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, market research, and competitive analysis within the medical sector.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
