Channel Account Manager

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leader in infrastructure products and services for data networks and electrical power applications. Our respected client is searching for a results-driven Account Managers with experience in distributor and channel partner management to join their sales team in Philippines for the job of Channel Account Manager. The job is based in Makati City and offering onsite work arrangement.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing, expanding business geographical reach, to grow base business, and developing focus business segment to achieve assigned focus distributor incremental sales target.
  • Duties of a channel account manager shall include PHL base business market research, build up a program with assigned focus distributor to improve channel base business, as well as continuous development on new channel partners ecosystem.
  • To enable and carry out new channel partners acquisition, partner signup, onboarding, training, co-development on business opportunities, through channel business program, promotion, and enablement policy.
  • Managing assigned distributor business through project registration and fostering relationship between channel partner and our distributor.

Key Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in ICT field of studies.
  • Strong experience in distributor and channel partner management.
  • Experience in e-commerce sales is an advantage.
  • Prior experience as account manager / channel account manager in IT distribution company with nationwide business coverage is an advantage.
  • Excellent relationship building and convincing skills are essential.
  • Ability to build, manage, maintain channel business local programs under the umbrella of regional channel partner programs by regional HQ.
