Chief Marketing Officer (Healthcare)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Dental Clinic Chain Company. Our client is seeking for Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to elevate the dental clinic chain's market position.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends to inform branding strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, advertisements, and promotional materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Monitor brand performance and make data-driven adjustments to branding strategies as needed.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, engagement, and patient acquisition.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, healthcare providers, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and growth.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with the company's goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing partners and continuously seek opportunities to expand the partnership network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the lifestyle, FnB, Retail, or Healthcare Industry.
  • Proven track record in brand building, digital marketing, and partnership development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, SEO, PPC, and analytics.
