Chief of Product (E-Commerce)

Award-winning recruitment consulting firm Monroe Consulting is collaborating with a international client in the technology sector (e-commerce) looking to onboard a Chief of Product with extensive experience in e-commerce and a proven track record in managing advanced product features, particularly in the realms of data analytics and piracy detection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's overall objectives. Focus on developing innovative e-commerce solutions with advanced data analytics and piracy detection features to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Ensure the team is equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve product goals.
  • E-Commerce Platform Enhancement: Oversee the continuous improvement of the e-commerce platform, focusing on user experience, scalability, and the integration of new technologies. Prioritize the development of features that leverage data analytics to personalize customer experiences and improve decision-making.
  • Piracy Detection and Prevention: Develop and implement robust piracy detection and prevention strategies to safeguard the platform's content and intellectual property. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced detection tools and ensure compliance with legal standards.
