Job Summary
- We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Chief of Staff (Strategic Operations and Executive Management) to support the School Head of our Executive Education & Lifelong Learning School. This pivotal role involves driving international accreditation efforts, managing strategic planning, and ensuring alignment across the school's various programs. As a key advisor and right hand to the School Head, the Chief of Staff will play an instrumental role in enhancing operational efficiency and achieving the school's long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning
- Collaborate closely with the School Head to develop and execute strategic initiatives, aligning with the school's vision and growth objectives.
- Program Assessment
- Lead efforts in evaluating program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.
- International Accreditation
- Drive processes to achieve and maintain international accreditation (Rank 6), ensuring program quality and compliance with global standards.
- School Planning & Alignment
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure cohesive planning and alignment of goals, facilitating smooth execution of school-wide initiatives.
- Advisory Role
- Act as a trusted advisor to the School Head, providing insights and recommendations on operational and strategic matters.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategic planning, program assessment, or operations management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex information to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Self-motivated individual contributor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in handling accreditation processes is a plus.
