Our highly respected client is seeking a Chief of Staff. The job is based in Makati City, Philippines.

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Chief of Staff (Strategic Operations and Executive Management) to support the School Head of our Executive Education & Lifelong Learning School. This pivotal role involves driving international accreditation efforts, managing strategic planning, and ensuring alignment across the school's various programs. As a key advisor and right hand to the School Head, the Chief of Staff will play an instrumental role in enhancing operational efficiency and achieving the school's long-term goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning
    • Collaborate closely with the School Head to develop and execute strategic initiatives, aligning with the school's vision and growth objectives.
  • Program Assessment
    • Lead efforts in evaluating program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.
  • International Accreditation
    • Drive processes to achieve and maintain international accreditation (Rank 6), ensuring program quality and compliance with global standards.
  • School Planning & Alignment
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure cohesive planning and alignment of goals, facilitating smooth execution of school-wide initiatives.
  • Advisory Role
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the School Head, providing insights and recommendations on operational and strategic matters.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, program assessment, or operations management, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex information to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Self-motivated individual contributor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in handling accreditation processes is a plus.
