Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company with a core focus on healthcare industry. As expansion continues, our client is seeking for a Clinical Specialist who will be responsible for assisting in customer product training and education to ensure the safe and appropriate use of critical unit products in line with strategic priorities to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes for patients. This job will be based in Jakarta, Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical procedural training to customers on the proper use of a range of medical products.
- Conduct clinical training sessions on the care, maintenance, and safe, effective use of these products.
- Design and deliver educational activities that adhere to relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the field.
- Manage training requests for approved educational courses, both onsite and offsite.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance clinical expertise and proficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to offer a unified customer experience while ensuring compliance with healthcare provider policies and legal education requirements.
- Organize and facilitate clinical breakout sessions during meetings as necessary.
- Oversee the logistics, budgeting, and cost management of professional education events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Stay updated with the latest medical literature, clinical guidelines, and industry trends, sharing relevant information with the sales team and distributors.
- Contribute to fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, transparency, ethics, efficiency, achievement, and enjoyment.
- Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as directed to support broader business objectives and regional strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical field. Registered Healthcare Professional is an advantage
- Professional qualification in education or instruction is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in acute care, preferably within a Vascular Access role or/and Critical Care/ Cath lab environment. Experience in Critical Care, Cardiology or Interventional Cardiology environment is essential.
- Expertise in cardiac care, vascular access, and angioplasty procedures.
- Proven experience in educating and teaching through simulation and workshop-based methods.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver teaching presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent presentation abilities.
- A solid history of building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Committed to performing all duties in compliance with international regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 70% travel required. A valid driver's license is necessary.
