Commercial Operations Executive

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Professional Division is recruiting on behalf of a global provider of commercial operations services. Our esteemed client is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as Commercial Operations Executive.

Job Summary:
The Commercial Operations Executive will provide critical administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales processes, efficient customer service, and accurate order management. This role acts as a bridge between sales, customers, and internal departments to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Documentation Processing - Prepare and process sales quotations, orders, invoices, and related trade documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination - Arrange and monitor order deliveries, shipments, and customs documentation. Coordinate with the logistics team to meet delivery KPIs.
* Data & Records Management - Maintain updated pricing lists, trade agreements, and customer/vendor databases. Process and renew product certificates as required.
* Sales Performance & Reporting - Monitor and follow up to achieve monthly sales and order targets. Prepare regular sales reports, collection reports, and sales presentations.
* Financial Coordination - Track customer outstanding payments and accounts receivable. Assist with letter of credit documentation and processing.
* Cross-Functional Coordination - Act as liaison between customers, sales team, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Administrative Support - Perform general administrative tasks and complete ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.

Key Requirements:
* Education - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
* Experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer services or sales coordinator roles.
* Technical Skills - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems.
* Soft Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a professional work ethic with a positive attitude.
* Language - Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Chinese).
