Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an IT Solutions Company. This role will ensure that the organization operate in full compliance with legal regulations and industry-specific guidelines. This position will be reporting to the Managing Director and on hybrid work set-up and is located in Quezon City.
Tasks and Responsibilities: - Developing and Implementing Compliance Policies: Create, revise, and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitoring Compliance: Regularly review and assess the organization's adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. Conduct audits and investigations as necessary.
- Training and Education: Provide training sessions and educational programs to employees on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Identify Potential Risks: As part of compliance monitoring, compliance officers identify activities and practices that risk violating regulations and industry standards. They work alongside managers and employees to mitigate these risks.
- Intermediates between the organization and overseeing bodies, including regulating agencies and government authorities.
- Responsible for processing the ISO 27001 Cybersecurity Certification and maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 of the organization.
Job Requirements: - 5 years experience in compliance management and audit.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Library Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field or any related course.
- Must have experience in ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and Data Protection Trust Mark (DPTM)
- With leadership experience.
- Can work independently.
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
