- Assist in developing and implementing employee retention and engagement programs.
- Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring legal compliance.
- Supervise employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures, and undertake disciplinary actions as needed.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, background checks, and hiring.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's training programs and recommend areas for improvement.
- Maintain and provide accurate and timely HR management information, managing data in accordance with data protection policies and procedures.
- Assist line managers with the performance appraisal process, including scheduling meetings and completing performance appraisal forms.
- Coordinate learning and development (L&D) activities, including planning L&D events, responding to L&D queries, processing invoices, and following up on actions such as evaluations and feedback.
- Ensure departmental compliance with QMS procedures and ISO standards.
- Assist in planning and managing the budget preparation and implementation for both departments.
- Update employee job descriptions annually or as needed, in coordination with department heads.
