Human Resources (HR) Supervisor

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an IT Solutions Company. This role will be responsible for HR management, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies on a day-to-day basis. This position will be reporting to the HR Manager and on hybrid work set-up and is located in Quezon City.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing and implementing employee retention and engagement programs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Supervise employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures, and undertake disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, background checks, and hiring.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's training programs and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and provide accurate and timely HR management information, managing data in accordance with data protection policies and procedures.
  • Assist line managers with the performance appraisal process, including scheduling meetings and completing performance appraisal forms.
  • Coordinate learning and development (L&D) activities, including planning L&D events, responding to L&D queries, processing invoices, and following up on actions such as evaluations and feedback.
  • Ensure departmental compliance with QMS procedures and ISO standards.
  • Assist in planning and managing the budget preparation and implementation for both departments.
  • Update employee job descriptions annually or as needed, in coordination with department heads.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field.
  • With experience as Human Resources Supervisor for at least 5 years
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
  • Outstanding administrative and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
