This position will be responsible for creating and executing credit card risk management policies that adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements, in addition to overseeing the Fraud Management System
Job Responsibilities
- Design and establish credit card underwriting processes.
- Prepare and submit Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), collaborating with the project team (PM, IT, users, and vendors).
- Oversee vendor selection for risk systems, including Loan Origination Systems, Credit Decision Engines, and Fraud Management Systems.
- Create, build, and maintain risk scoring systems and tools to evaluate and mitigate potential risks.
- Use Management Information Systems (MIS) for tracking, reporting, and analysing key risk indicators.
- Implement customer segmentation and manage model portfolios to ensure proper risk diversification and effective client group management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough risk assessments and support business decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in English for effective business communication
- Experience in planning credit card risk processes and implementing related systems.
- Background in managing credit card fraud control.
- Strong expertise in developing credit and fraud risk policies, portfolio management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Possess hands-on experience in MIS tracking, customer segmentation, and risk scoring systems.
