Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational SaaS (Supply Chain/Logistics) company looking for a Customer Success Engineer position, highly preferable from a SaaS and Logistics company background. The job is to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia with a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customer success by driving operational value and achieving customer goals and objectives with their solutions.
  • Conduct onboarding, adoption, and expansion activities for customers, including workshops and trainings.
  • Advocate for customers for issue resolution and feature prioritization.
  • Manage business process mapping, re-engineering, and gap analysis to streamline processes.
  • Develop implementation plans to close performance gaps.
  • Estimate time, cost, and quality for customer change requests and execute approved changes.
  • Track ROI and value propositions for customer renewals and business growth.


Qualifications:

  • > 3+ years of consulting experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or transportation management solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience with SaaS-based solutions implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS/TMS.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing supply chain, logistics, and/or transportation management solutions.
  • Strong client management skills to execute successful implementation plans.
  • Experience in configuring and delivering software demonstrations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English.
