We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Service Delivery Director to join our client's dynamic team in Ortigas, Pasig.
About the Role:
- The Cybersecurity Service Delivery Director will lead the delivery and management of cybersecurity services, ensuring the seamless implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of security solutions. This role is pivotal in driving the organization's cybersecurity strategy, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring alignment with the organization's security and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services to ensure they meet business needs and align with organizational security goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices, risk management, and service optimization.
- Lead and mentor cybersecurity teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Develop and execute capacity planning and forecasting strategies to ensure resource availability for current and future needs.
- Implement performance monitoring and optimization processes to maintain high service quality and operational efficiency.
- Design and manage scalable and elastic cybersecurity solutions to adapt to changing demands.
- Ensure resource optimization and cost-effective service delivery while meeting performance targets.
- Produce detailed performance reports and communicate insights to key stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
Cybersecurity Platform Operations
- Manage platform operations with a focus on ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency.
- Oversee service request management processes to deliver timely and effective responses to business needs.
- Ensure adherence to Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) and proactively manage any deviations.
- Lead incident and problem management efforts to resolve issues promptly and prevent recurrence.
Change and Configuration Management
- Direct the transition, change, and configuration management processes to ensure seamless updates and upgrades to cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes effectively while minimizing risks to service continuity.
Qualifications:
- At least 16 years of experience in Cybersecurity Platform Operations, with a strong focus on delivering and managing cybersecurity services.
- Proven expertise in capacity planning, performance optimization, and resource management within cybersecurity environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex cybersecurity operations and leading high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
