Executive Recruitment Firm Monroe Consulting is currently working with a leading property technology company looking for a Data Scientist I , to join their data team to facilitate the numerous AI projects

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collection, preprocessing, and analysis of data from various sources.
  • Compile and label datasets for machine learning projects.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms. - Create data visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with other data scientists and cross-functional teams on data-driven projects.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
  • Basic understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with databases (e.g., MongoDB, SQL).
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Plotly, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker Studio).
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
  • Experience with geographic information systems (GIS) and spatial data processing and analysis.
  • Internship or project experience in data science or related fields
