Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a group of company, providing financial solutions in Thai Capital Market. They provide a wide range of services such as Investment Banking/Financial Advisory, Investor Relations, ESG Consulting, Investment Media, Private Fund and Private Equity. They are aiming to provide expert and strategic financial advice to all segments of clients as well as detailed guidance with their business plans through the implementation of agreed strategies.
You will be responsible for team lead position who oversees the overview of capital market and investment banking function by seeking business opportunity, negotiating terms, developing relationship with issuers, leading the investment banking operation framework, monitoring business risk, and ensuring all the business alignment with financial regulators. You need to have strong team management and people influencing skill in order to steer this dynamic team to achieve company goal.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Company's business strategy: Responsible for creating and implementing a strategic plan that aligns with the Company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the company's day-to-day operations to meet company expectations.
- Seek and analyse possible opportunities of the existing market or emerging markets to expand the boundary of the company business.
- Build and manage relationships with clients.
- Managing the Company's risk: Responsible for overseeing the Company's risk management program and ensuring that the Company is operating within its risk tolerance levels.
- Lead the investment banking team's standard operations and manage its performance to serve the company's vision.
- Provide guidance to the subordinates on technical issue relating to the corporate exercises; and provide support to strengthen its implementation.
- Responsible for developing subordinate's skills and competencies according to the standard requirements for operations and to the future requirements.
- Responsible for the Company's overall success and growth and must possess strong leadership skills with the Clients and Regulators and stakeholders, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of the financial markets and investment banking industry.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, Laws, Rules of the Bank of Thailand, Stock Exchange of Thailand, Stock Exchange commission and guideline issued by the regulatory bodies, Information Technology Security Standard Code (ITSS) and the company's internal policies and procedures.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce a proper supervisory program and competent system of internal control
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or any related field
- Multiple years of experience as an Investment Banking
- Excellent command in English
- Exceptional financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and strong client relationship management abilities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Good teamwork interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong Leadership
