Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a prominent multinational securities company located in Bangkok. The company has been offering a wide range of products and services in the financial markets.
The position will be responsible for overseeing the distribution of derivative warrants to retail clients and taking charge of originating and structuring capital-raising solutions for corporate clients listed on the market.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote sales by establishing enduring relationships and offering excellent service to brokers, investment consultants, investors, advisors, and clients.
- Support in monitoring competitors, the derivatives warrant market-making system, pricing, and warrant issuance procedures.
- Cultivate relationships with various Thai corporations and provide financing solutions as needed.
- Aid in client communication on our social media platforms and contribute to the sales and market strategy of the business by staying informed about market developments.
Job Requirements
- Possess a successful track record in financial market sales, specifically in equities.
- DW license is required.
- Able to showcase your achievements in developing strong client relationships and possess excellent communication skills, preferably with experience in public speaking.
- Familiar with the capital raising environment in Thailand and have some knowledge of corporate finance.
- Capable of working independently and being a team player.
- Attention to detail and robust sales and marketing abilities.
- Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for this position.
