Product Operations Rockstar
Our client, a growing seed-stage company, is looking for a product operations rockstar to join their innovative team. You'll be the hero who helps take their product operations to the next level.
Job Responsibilities
Here's what you'll conquer:
- Be the product guru for internal teams, crushing their questions.
- Lead the charge on cross-functional initiatives - think tech, marketing, sales, and support, all working together seamlessly.
- Own advanced support, from debugging complex issues to coordinating with external parties. You'll be the master of fixing things fast.
- Become the data migration magician for new clients.
- Lend your technical expertise to the sales team, helping them close deals.
- Be a process superhero - identify ways to scale the operations with what they already have.
- Own their internal tools (Retool, Jira, Intercom, Zapier) - think of them as your tools for conquering inefficiency.
Job Requirements

- A high level of English communication skills.
- Project management skills so sharp they could cut through steel.
- A natural at collaborating across teams and getting things done.
- Experience wielding process management tools like Jira and Intercom.
- Data is your best friend, and you use it to make decisions that win.
- Familiarity with software products and SaaS is a plus.

- Show a history of building awesome processes in product management or operations.
