Digital Marketing Manager (Healthcare)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of International Hospital Provider. Our client is seeking for Digital Marketing Manager position. This job will be based in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve the hospital's business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging digital content for the hospital's website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Manage the hospital's social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and patient interaction.
  • Optimize the hospital's website and content for search engines to improve visibility and ranking.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Work closely with the hospital's marketing, IT, and medical teams to ensure digital marketing efforts are integrated and effective.
  • Manage relationships with external digital agencies and vendors.
  • Monitor and optimize the ROI of digital marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in digital marketing from any industries (hospital, FnB, lifestyle, etc).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
