Our client is seeking a professional with at least 1-3 years of experience as Digital Sales and/or Filed Sales Role to grow target accounts and consistently build Digital Sales accounts' pipelines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Increase qualified customer database for targeted segments.
- Follow up on sales leads, fast response towards fulfilling customers enquires. Provide sound consultation on the organization's product solution and application.
- Secure new customers in the private and government sectors by identifying needs and engineering high quality solutions. Expand market awareness of the organization's solutions and relationships with customers.
Strategic Outcome:
- Learn and apply product application, segment specified knowledge and regulatory compliance standards. Successful in penetrating into targeted segments, completing assigned Digital Sales Specialist responsibilities; regular updating of sales tools and sales reports. Meeting Digital Sales targets and agreed Key Performance Indicators.
- Combine technical knowledge with Digital Sales skills to articulate technology and product positioning to both the business and technical users and ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the Digital Sales process.
Sales & Marketing:
- Qualifying Digital Sales database and updating CRM system.
- Establishing new Digital Sales accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing Digital Sales call schedules.
- Identifying current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key requirements.
- Support Senior Digital Sales Specialist and Head of Division in execution of Digital Sales marketing campaigns, leads generation and pipeline management.
- Effectively deliver high quality solutions to suspects, prospects and customers.
- Attune to market/competition movements and leverage the information to build market presence.
Technical Advisory:
- Responsible for actively driving and growing Digital Sales pipelines.
- Provide technology evaluation stage of the Digital Sales process, working in conjunction with the technical support team. Becoming a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for the organization's products.
- Communicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating the organization's market leadership and expertise in the relevant fields.
- Conduct effective negotiation to secure a win-win agreement with customers.
Service Standards & Customer Relationship Management:
- Determine improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment.
- Prepare cost estimation with related customer documents.
- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements.
- Maintaining records of customer communication and Digital Sales activity in our CRM system.
Job Requirements Include:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Science and/or Engineering or relevant.
- 1-3 years of working experience as a Digital Sales and/or Filed Sales role.
- Able to network across all levels and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command/highly proficient in spoken and written English.
