Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and drive strategic initiatives across multiple business sectors within the company, aligning external affairs with the organization's long-term goals.
- Oversee and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, including external parties, industry bodies, and strategic partners to ensure organizational growth and compliance.
- Develop and implement best practices and procedures to streamline operations and ensure seamless integration across different business units.
- Work closely with senior management teams across various functions to drive initiatives that optimize business performance and foster organizational synergy.
- Oversee compliance with regulations, file necessary documents, and ensure adherence to corporate governance laws and internal policies.
- Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including government bodies, regulators, investors, and shareholders. Oversee communication and engagement with these groups, ensuring alignment with company objectives, especially during and after the IPO process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Relations, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in a senior managerial or executive role within a multi-business organization.
- Expertise in developing and executing organizational strategies, with the ability to align external affairs and cross-company initiatives with overall company goals.
- Strong background in managing high-level external relationships.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
- Deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences, articulating complex ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively.
