Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with large enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to hit sales targets and expand the business.
- Show potential clients how their product works and how it can benefit their business.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
- Find new business opportunities with large enterprises and help grow company's presence in Jakarta.
What We're Looking For
- > 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales for HR software or enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients and managing long sales cycles.
- Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
