Enterprise Account Manager (HRIS)

Our client is a leading provider of HR software that helps businesses simplify HR processes and improve employee experience. Their software is used by top companies across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with large enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to hit sales targets and expand the business.
  • ⁠Show potential clients how their product works and how it can benefit their business.
  • ⁠Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
  • ⁠Find new business opportunities with large enterprises and help grow company's presence in Jakarta.

What We're Looking For

  • ⁠> 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales for HR software or enterprise solutions.
  • ⁠Strong understanding of HRIS systems.
  • ⁠Experience working with large enterprise clients and managing long sales cycles.
  • Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • ⁠Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
