The Finance and Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations and accounting activities of the company. This role is responsible for managing the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Audit & Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures, and coordinate audits and tax filings.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Strategic Planning: Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning, business growth, and operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment on financial goals and compliance matters.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
