Our respected client is looking for a Finance Controller who will be in-charge of overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, integrating finance operations, forecasting, and budgeting, preparing financial reports, and ensuring organizational financial stability. Also requires an in-depth knowledge of accounting, internal and external financial reporting, ability to work in collaborative manner with budget holders, auditors, and strategic partners, and effective communication with various levels of management and external service providers. Job responsibilities:

Managing all finance and accounting operations
Preparing financial reports.
Analyzing financial data.
Monitoring internal controls.
Oversee budgeting processes.
Managing financial transactions.
Developing plans for financial growth.
Support month-end and year-end close process
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Implementing internal controls over Kusum's accounting and financial actions
Evaluating and managing risk.
Coordinating audit processes.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA board passer
at least 5 years as Finance Head/Controller, relevant experience in financial & management accounting
Preferably with healthcare/pharmaceutical experience
Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
Working experience in QuickBooks is highly regarded.
Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
Strong interpersonal, managerial skills required.
Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral).
Willing to work onsite in Pasig City from Mondays to Fridays.
