Monroe Consulting Philippines, an executive search firm, is hiring on behalf of a well-established medical company committed to enhancing patient care and delivering innovative healthcare solutions. Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. This position follows an onsite work arrangement and is located in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial performance of the Philippines operations (FGS and GSC) across all brands, implementing necessary controls to achieve financial targets, including defining KPIs and monitoring agreed-upon actions. Also manages cost control for other PH-based functions such as PE, Logistics, IT, and QA.
  • Serve as a strategic finance business partner to support operational efficiency and cost management goals within the Philippines.
  • Manage global costing processes to ensure alignment and accuracy across the organization.
  • Ensure financial governance and full compliance with local statutory regulations and tax requirements.
  • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions for the Philippines operations, including areas such as fixed assets, inventory, accruals, and travel expenses.
  • Lead statutory and tax reporting requirements as mandated locally and manage cash flow planning and monitoring.
  • Drive continuous improvements in financial controlling and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Engineering
  • At least five years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven background in the following areas:
  • Manufacturing controlling, preferably within multinational companies
  • Cost control, cost accounting, and cost analysis
  • Fixed asset and inventory management
  • Budget preparation and forecasting
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and management
