Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading chain of Family Entertainment Centres in the Asia Pacific region, delivering entertainment concepts that provide a social experience filled with state-of-the art interactive games, rides, and attractions. Our respected client is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Officer. This is a full onsite work set up in Pasig City.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares forecast, budget, and forward plans financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflow.)
- Prepares venue/branch Profit & Loss budget and forecast.
- Manages and monitors budget for all departments.
- Prepares detailed review and analysis of expenses, cashflows, payables and budget.
- Provides actual venue performance data as compared to budget.
- Creates budgeting framework for easy revisions in the assumptions.
- Reviews and analyzes data of cost estimates in budget proposals and provides sound judgement if such is reasonable or not.
- Reviews and makes appropriate recommendation and variance analysis as to approved budgets versus actual expenditures.
- Prepares group reporting package and ad hoc reports as needed.
