Our client is highly seeking for a candidate who is strong in leadership skill, team development skill, interpersonal skill, and having knowledge of food and beverage operations.

This role plays a pivotal part in leading the team in delivering excellence and upholding exceptional standards for customers, particularly in managing the restaurants operations, plan P&L, and uphold quality standard. Ideal candidate should have ability to drive the restaurant's success through strategic leadership in order to achieve target set


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive restaurant strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Set sales target and P&L budgets, managing and driving teams to achieve them.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal restaurant operations and profitability.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting results and strategic plans.
  • Develop annual business plans, including budget, staffing, strategy, and training.
  • Develop, execute marketing initiatives, and maintain a consistent brand image in all communications.
  • Oversee adherence to operational standards, quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Lead product development and launch initiatives in partnership with marketing and R&D.
  • Implement systems to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and address complaints effectively.
  • Continuously improve customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage operations and hospitality industry, preferably in an eastern cuisine targeting hi-end customer or fine dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good financial management
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, P&L analysis, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • A passion for culinary, culture, and a commitment to delivering an authentic dining experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Good communication in English.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
