The job description will be as follow :
Strategic Planning and Leadership
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
- Provide strong leadership to ensure all departments align with the organization's objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Operational Management
- Oversee production processes in the semi-manufacturing aspect, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Manage supply chain logistics, inventory levels, and distribution networks.
- Optimize resource allocation (human, financial, material) for cost-effectiveness.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate department managers and their teams.
- Foster a positive work culture and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Identify and address training needs to enhance staff performance.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and develop relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely delivery and quality assurance.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure operations comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Business Development
- Explore new markets, partnerships, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue.
Job Requirements/ Job Qualification :
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, distribution, or related industries.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
