Job Summary
The Global Trade Compliance Supervisor will oversee global trade compliance, ensuring adherence to international trade laws and regulations. The role involves managing restricted parties list screening, ECCN classification, and developing compliance training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to ensure compliance with global trade regulations and implement necessary policies.
- Oversee restricted parties list screening and conduct audits to ensure accuracy.
- Manage ECCN classification processes and maintain updated records.
- Develop and deliver training on trade compliance and related topics.
- Monitor compliance metrics, report performance to senior management, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field; advanced degree or certification in Export Compliance is a plus.
- 5+ years of trade compliance experience, focusing on export screening and ECCN classification.
- Expertise in ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Night shift; hybrid work setup.
