Our esteemed client seeks a Head of Bancassurance for one of notable Life Insurance Company. This pivotal role will be stationed in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Description:
- Responsibility to Bancassurance Business
- Create a strategy to build business for Bancassurance
- Managing team and development at Bancassurance Department (maintain, recruit, agreement liaise w Legal [compliance/risk])
- Create and determine a cooperation agreement with the Bank Partner
- MANDATORY Generate new Bank Partner
- Concepting & strategizing productivity for Financial Advisors
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree, preferable in any majors
- Experience min 5 years in Managerial Level
- Experience in channeling Insurance Company with Bank Partner
- Have a good experience in Bancassurance especially to manage team and accustomed to making cooperation agreements
- Experienced and familiar with Financial Service regulators and its regulations to make sure all of business in Bancassurance have a good Compliance
- Good communication skills in English and confidence to initiate and lead discussion.
- Comfortable to work in faced pace, agile and dynamic environment
