Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a growing e-signature company for the role of Head of Business Development with at least 6 years experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and emerging trends in the e-signature and digital identity space.
- Lead and manage the business development and sales teams, setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide market insights and customer feedback, influencing product roadmap and feature enhancements.
- Enhance the company's market position by attending industry events, representing the company at conferences, and networking with industry leaders.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in the tech industry, particularly in e-signature, digital identity, or SaaS, is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
