Head of BD (SaaS)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a growing e-signature company for the role of Head of Business Development with at least 6 years experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and emerging trends in the e-signature and digital identity space.
  • Lead and manage the business development and sales teams, setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide market insights and customer feedback, influencing product roadmap and feature enhancements.
  • Enhance the company's market position by attending industry events, representing the company at conferences, and networking with industry leaders.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to the executive team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in the tech industry, particularly in e-signature, digital identity, or SaaS, is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
