Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group is representing a global FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. You'll play a crucial role in financial strategy development and revenue management initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and profitability across the company's operations - the ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or MNCs, with a proven track record of working in fast-paced environments.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Commercial Finance to lead our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. This role is pivotal in driving the commercial success of our organization, ensuring that financial strategies align with our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

  • Lead the commercial finance team, providing strategic direction and support.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Partner with senior leadership to influence decision-making and align financial strategies with business objectives.


Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Oversee the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.


Commercial Acumen:

  • Drive commercial finance initiatives to optimize revenue and margin performance.
  • Conduct financial evaluations of commercial projects, new product launches, and market expansions.
  • Develop pricing strategies and assess their impact on profitability.

Operational Excellence:

  • Implement robust financial processes and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage working capital, ensuring optimal cash flow management.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.

Team Development:

  • Build and mentor a high-performing commercial finance team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools to excel in their roles.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in commercial finance, with a strong focus on FP&A.
  • Proven experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Multinational Companies is preferred.
