Our respected client is seeking a Head of Information Technology to spearhead IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, overall IT Development, and Cybersecurity. The job is based in Jakarta.
Job Description:
- Shape and execute IT and cybersecurity strategies in line with the company's objectives.
- Guide and support the IT team, fostering skill development and high performance.
- Supervise the development, execution, and upkeep of the organization's cybersecurity structure.
- Perform regular security evaluations, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis to preemptively address threats.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001).
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
- Develop and manage incident response plans, handling cybersecurity incidents and breaches effectively.
- Oversee the operation of security tools, systems, and protocols to safeguard data and IT resources.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
- Ensure the consistent performance, reliability, and security of IT systems and services.
- Drive the implementation and management of cloud-based solutions for security, scalability, and efficiency.
- Oversee IT Helpdesk functions to ensure efficient and responsive end-user support.
- Implement Helpdesk policies, procedures, and tracking systems, while monitoring and enhancing performance metrics.
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and improvement of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Ensure smooth integration and functionality of IT systems to support business operations.
- Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, optimizing cost-efficiency and budget adherence.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a similar field; Master's degree or equivalent certifications is a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT management, emphasizing cybersecurity, cloud services, Helpdesk operations, and enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated success in creating and implementing IT and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Strong leadership and project management experience in IT.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices, technologies, and standards.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure management (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Skilled in network security, risk management, and incident handling.
- Knowledgeable in regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
