Responsibilities

  • Channel Development and Management:

    • Identify, recruit, and develop strategic partnerships with leasing companies, vehicle dealers, and other relevant motor vehicle industry players.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
    • Develop and implement channel sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and market penetration.
    • Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the insurance company and its channel partners.
  • Product Development and Alignment:

    • Collaborate with product development teams to create insurance products tailored to the needs of the motor vehicle market and channel partners.
    • Ensure that product offerings are competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Drive sales growth through the channel partner network.
    • Develop and execute sales plans for the motor vehicle segment.
    • Identify new business opportunities and explore potential partnerships.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
  • Team Management and Development:

    • Build and lead a high-performing channel partnership team.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members.
    • Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team.
  • Risk Management:

    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with channel partnerships.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Education Background:

    • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry Expertise:

    • Deep understanding of the Indonesian motor vehicle industry, including leasing companies, vehicle dealers, and insurance landscape.
    • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, particularly motor vehicle insurance.
  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the insurance industry.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Channel Management:

    • Experience in managing channel partnerships and distribution networks.
    • Ability to develop and execute channel sales strategies.
