It is an SME crowdfunding platform approved by the Securities Exchange Commission Thailand (SEC) that aims to empower SMEs through debt crowdfunding and drive capital flow and investment essential for the growth of SMEs and the Thai economy.

Join a dynamic team as the Head of Operations, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and refining operational workflows. You'll ensure that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and within regulatory guidelines. Job Responsibilities

Process Setup and Oversight:

  • Establish and manage operational processes to ensure timely and accurate execution in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory policies.
  • Monitor and enhance the integrity and efficiency of these processes continuously.

Collaboration and Issue Resolution:

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to address and resolve operational issues.
  • Develop and refine process flows and operational tools to improve overall efficiency.

Process Improvement Projects:

  • Lead end-to-end operational improvement projects, identifying and mitigating inefficiencies and risks.
  • Transition manual processes to automated solutions to streamline operations.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality assurance measures to enhance business monitoring and ensure adherence to company standards.

Product Development Support:

  • Collaborate in the design, testing, and launch of new products, ensuring all initiatives align with the company's core values.

Loan Transaction Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end loan transactions, including disbursement, documentation handling, data updates, repayment, and follow-up with stakeholders.

General Operations:

  • Participate in general operations processing and handle ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing in compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Escalate potential issues promptly and ensure their resolution.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including Front Office, Compliance, and Credit teams, to complete necessary processing and resolve issues.

Operational Support:

  • Respond to queries related to operational processes.
  • Engage in process reviews, including mapping and system enhancements, from requirements gathering to testing.

Documentation and SOP Development:

  • Create and maintain detailed operations procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Additional Duties:

  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management or process improvement roles.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in transitioning manual processes to automated solutions.
