Job Responsibilities

  • Financing Solutions: Offer tailored financing solutions to new and existing SME clients by leveraging your deep understanding of their needs. Engage in cross-selling and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and company revenue.
  • Onboarding and Loan Disbursement: Manage the monthly onboarding process of new SME clients, ensuring seamless loan disbursements. Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Document and refine all sales processes to close any gaps in the client acquisition cycle. Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to loan disbursement.
  • Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks including bookkeeping, arranging meetings, managing travel agendas, and undertaking ad-hoc assignments to support Siam Validus operations.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify new opportunities and prospects. Compile comprehensive reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Presentation Preparation: Create compelling presentations and documents for internal and external use, showcasing our value proposition and market potential.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to design and promote loan products that meet market needs. Provide insights and recommendations for product strategy.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential borrowers, offering exceptional service and support.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with departments such as Risk and Investor Relations to ensure a feedback loop that addresses borrower demand and preferences.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and monitor the performance of the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the company to support our mission and goals.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales acquisition, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct thorough market research.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of supervising and motivating a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
