Experienced Sales Management Leader with a strong background in managing credit card sales teams and designing incentive programs. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively in English for business purposes and possess a strategic mindset for product marketing. The role requires a deep understanding of both online and offline marketing, with experience in online advertising placement.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the credit card sales team, including the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
- Design and implement sales incentive programs that motivate the team and drive performance.
- Oversee the marketing of credit card products, both online and offline, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising, to increase brand visibility and product sales.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Relevant bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
- Relevant years of experience in Banking or Sales management industry.
- Proven experience in managing credit card sales teams and designing effective incentive structures.
- Strong knowledge of product marketing, including both online and offline channels.
- Experience in online advertising and digital marketing, including campaign management and performance tracking.
- Good English communication skills for business communication, both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and optimize strategies accordingly.
