Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of customer service, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring all team members are aligned with company standards and policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development to staff.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and high levels of engagement.
Guest Experience:
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction by addressing and resolving guest complaints and feedback promptly.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a visible presence with guests to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and services to ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high service and operational standards.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the operations department.
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational and financial performance to senior management.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the operations department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
