HR Director (Laser Printing Technology)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leader in the country's laser printing and plain paper copying technology sector. Our highly respected client is seeking an experience and Senior HR professional to lead the company's HR department. The job is on a full onsite work arrangement and based in Makati City.

Job Summary:
The HR Director will plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the HR Department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.

Job Description

  • Reports directly to the Chairman, Senior VP and Senior Directors
  • Responsible for leading all aspects of the HR Department covering the areas of Recruitment, Selections and Hiring, Employee and Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Organization Development, Training, Manpower Planning and Career Development, Performance Management System and HR Information Systems.
  • Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new staff (managerial and up)
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or Human Resources Management
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in hiring very senior management positions across variety of industries
  • Ideally from technology-based industry or mid-range corporate setting
  • Strong managerial competencies in recruitment, leadership development, coaching and mentoring, and situational assessment skills
  • With excellent people skills and adept in dealing with people across the different levels of the organization
  • With Superior judgement, negotiation, and decision-making skills and conflict resolutions
  • Strong ethics and high level of personal and professional integrity
  • Strong analytical skills and adept in interpreting strategic vision into an operational model
  • An effective communicator at all levels in the organization with strong oral, written and persuasive skills
