Or respective client is looking for a HR Manager who is adeptly experienced with payroll, labour relations and taxation. This role will be directly reporting to the Country Manager with hybrid work set-up in Taguig City. Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Attract top-tier talent to fill open positions.
- Supervise performance reviews and salary adjustments.
- Ensure the company handbook is regularly updated and standardized.
- Develop clear policies to enhance employee understanding and transparency.
- Deliver thorough training, coaching, and ongoing support.
- Utilize effective mediation strategies for conflict resolution.
- Coordinate attendance, payroll, and relevant reporting.
- Manage disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations as needed.
- Provide leadership and motivation to the HR team to meet organizational objectives.
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Job Requirements:- At least 5 years experience in managerial level.
- Must be adeptly experienced with payroll, labour relations and taxation.
- Must have keen attention to details and sense of responsibility.
- Can work independently.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
